Aide/Respite & Disability Family Matchmaking Event

Are you a parent or caregiver seeking an aide or respite provider but find the process daunting and time-consuming? Are you an aide or respite provider struggling to secure fitting, long-term clients?

If you answered yes, then our upcoming event is tailored for you!

Join us for an exclusive opportunity to connect with a room full of families and providers, facilitating perfect matches that meet both parties' needs and preferences. This event welcomes service providers for both adults and children, as well as caregivers of people of all ages. 

Caregivers, if you'd like to bring your dependent with you to the event, you're most welcome, however, this is not required. 

At the event, each attendee will receive a comprehensive printed portfolio featuring various attendees' requirements/qualifications, eliminating the need for tedious information gathering. This allows you to focus solely on building meaningful connections and finding the perfect match for your family or schedule. Only when both parties have confirmed a 'match' will the parties' contact information be shared with the other party.

All proceeds from the event will be directed to Kaleb's Friends, a not-for-profit supporting Alberta disability families.

This event is sponsored and hosted by the Canadian Centre for Development, a Calgary interdisciplinary therapeutic centre helping children with delays and disabilities.
